If the production of goods does not match the confirmed plan, an application can be made to reproduce or refund according to the confirmed plan.
Refunds without reason are not supported for non quality issues and production goods that are consistent with the confirmed plan.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
